Yes. Free includes 1 home. Premium includes 1 home and lets you add 1 more for $5 a month. Platinum includes 3 homes, and you can add as many more as you need for $5 a month each. If you move to a plan with fewer homes, the extra homes become read-only. Their records are kept and never deleted, and you can choose which homes stay active.
Yes. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months from your account instead of cancelling.
Yes, up or down, any time from your account. Moving up to Platinum or to annual starts right away, and you’ll see any price difference before you confirm. Moving down to Premium, switching to monthly or going back to Free starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you’ve already paid for.
Yes, always. Cancel anytime online in your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
No. Members get Member Rewards instead, paid in Elli Dollars. You earn them for booking through ELLI, leaving reviews, completing your Home Profile and adding home documents, and Premium and Platinum members get the “pays for itself” credit in Elli Dollars too. Elli Dollars have no cash value.
