Membership
What plans are there?
Free ($0), Premium ($9 a month or $89 a year), and Platinum ($29 a month or $289 a year). Compare plans.
Where do I buy a membership?
On our website. Tap Get more inside ELLI and we’ll open the right page, already signed in. Memberships aren’t sold in the App Store.
What is a Founding Member?
Everyone who joins before our public launch is a Founding Member, and Founding Members on Premium or Platinum keep their price for as long as their membership stays active.
Billing
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes, for 1, 2, or 3 months, from your account.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Who handles my card?
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. ELLI never sees or stores your full card number.
Rewards
Do you offer cash back?
No. Members get Member Rewards instead, paid in Elli Dollars. You earn them for booking through ELLI, leaving reviews, completing your Home Profile and adding home documents, and Premium and Platinum members get the “pays for itself” credit in Elli Dollars too. Elli Dollars have no cash value.
What are Elli Dollars?
Rewards you earn in ELLI. They have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn. Only referral earnings can be withdrawn, with a $50 minimum.
How does “ELLI pays for itself” work?
If your recorded personal revenue and savings in a membership year are less than your Premium or Platinum plan price, we credit the difference in Elli Dollars and apply it to your renewal. It covers the base plan only, not add-ons such as extra homes, AI tokens or voice minutes.

How are ELLI pros chosen?
Every pro is personally recommended to ELLI by a real estate agent, broker or ELLI member, and vetted by our team before they can join. ELLI isn’t an open directory where anyone can sign up. It’s a curated network chosen for our members, so there’s trust from the very first call.
My business is already listed. How do I claim it?
Use Claim your company. We’ll verify you using the phone or email already on the listing.
How much is a vendor membership?
Your plan is set for your business when you join, based on the kind of work you do. You’ll see your price before you pay anything.
