How the spots work
Premium
Always first on every listing or search in your ZIP. Only one per ZIP.
Featured
The second spot on every listing or search in your ZIP, shared by up to 5 advertisers who take turns, one view at a time.
Priority
The third spot, shared the same way by up to 10 advertisers.
Everyone else is listed below the top three in random order. Agent ads only appear to homeowners who aren’t already connected to an agent on ELLI. Homeowners within an agent’s three referral levels see only that agent, on every listing, so no ad can reach them.
